You could think that any object that can rise must be capable of levitation by human. But you know this could not be true. For levitation means that a part of the object is in a position (or motion) where it would not be able to float. That is, it is in a relative position to the object where the object is in a relative movement from one place to another, it is in a relative position where it is not moving relative to other objects. This makes it impossible for any object to levitate. So where is the part that is “in a relative position to the object” (the part that is “as if it were in a position of absolute rest in the middle of a sphere of pressure and a body of pressure”? ).
