That wasn’t a coincidence!
And I was never much of a James Bond fan, so this was going to be a real headrush! The character of Léon Gatti appeared as an extra, too …
The film starts with a montage of all the best film clips, but all we know about the film is that it’s about Link to the end, as he’s about to get the world’s ultimate computer virus! And we see what looks like a bunch of old footage from EON, from the days of the Matrix Reloaded (and probably that, too). This clip shows the “coding” that we will all watch in real-time as the plot develops. The video starts with some clips of “Eons Lost” — but I can’t say which, as it’s in the title! It’s worth looking at the first few seconds, just so you can see that the image of the “real world” is actually a computer simulation of what the “real world” would look like. So, when we see the logo for EON, we see all of the EON symbols, such as the X, O, Y, and M. The “Gatti” image begins on the right-hand side, with an interesting thing on the far end: three dots surrounded by a circular pattern. This is not a real picture, but what you’d see if you turned on a computer simulation of the “real” world (as the Matrix Reloaded does). What’s interesting is that while the EON logo is a cartoon, the circles resemble the real-life pattern of EON logo. The second circle in that cartoon looks like the symbol for the EON name:

The third circle has a strange, upside-down-looking symbol. I can’t figure out what this means, but I like it. And when you turn on the TV, you see that the logo for EON begins in the middle of the screen. This is the first indication that the EON logo was a computer simulation. At the bottom of the screen, the logo changes to a picture of the real world, the same as the one on the EON logo. Then you see this image, which looks like a real image from EON’s computer programs. It looks like the real world — except it’s a computer simulation of the real world. It’s all about the EON corporation, so I have to
