Your first practice session should consist of a long one. This is the minimum you should do for any one day without being overwhelmed and bored, but is not a requirement.
If you feel you will need more in a day’s time, that is great! We all play faster when we need to play faster, but as you get better, you want to play slower so you will be comfortable playing slower as well.
What should I practise if I don’t have any friends?
You can practice by yourself, or play a lot of songs with friends. There are also many ways to combine music for practice.

The U.S. House of Representatives voted to eliminate Obamacare’s essential health benefits, but with a bit of prodding, lawmakers agreed to expand what those benefits now include.
The Senate, however, has a different idea about whether to eliminate or limit the requirement that all insurance plans include basic, non-discretionary benefits like maternity and mental-health care.
The Senate bill would keep the essential health benefits from the ACA. For example, it would not eliminate maternity or substance-abuse treatment. And it would add lifetime limits to those benefits.
