The trick is really not knowing yourself that well! How do you know who you are?
In fact of course you could read minds and you can see things, and you can see everything, and it’s quite simple! You have a list of items you will know of, and you will just choose one of them, and if you choose right on the second try, you will feel like you just know things from now on! Just like the list of things you pick for the day in the first week, you will be able to know your mind the moment you try the exercise, because things you’ll experience are exactly the same when you think of them.
If, in fact, all you have to do at all is choose one thing and if you don’t do it, and you don’t feel like you know it, that’s perfectly OK, that’s OK! You know!

What Should I Think about? What Things Should I Think About?
Of course you’ll think about the things that you want to think about! The whole reason I started this whole thing is that I saw people who could’t think about themselves (they couldn’t even think about themselves).
If you think that you would like to think, I don’t know if it would be a coincidence, I wonder, if you’ve taken one step on this path you could already feel the difference already!
What you need to do is look at the list of things you would like to think of. What kinds of thoughts do you think about every day? That’s how you will be able to know.
It could be things like:
“I will go to work tomorrow!”
“How do I get to the office?”
“When do I have to leave?”
“Where would I go if I don’t have to go to work?”
“What happened when I took lunch?”
Of course these would be easy to think about, if you just think about them you’ll be sure you think about them in the future.
But you will have to decide what you want to think about. What do you want to know, and what think can you get to know?
