Telekinesis power is a magical power that lets a person manipulate objects, machines, and people with their mind. As an example, a normal high school student has a little more strength than an average high school student, even if they didn’t have much extra training to begin with. A person with telekinetic power can move objects or people around. With a little training they can even move objects much smaller than them.
What makes telekinesis power magical?
Telekinesis power is a power of a “special” type, not the type you get from a normal class. While a normal telekinetic does not possess any such power in normal situations, an extra power has an even greater effect on a person.
To sum up how this power is special, telekinesis works as follows:
The person can move objects in a controlled and controllable way.
Once the movement begins, telekinesis power takes effect as a type of power, but only on that person.
Telekinesis is limited to movement of objects and people within the same plane of existence. No other planes of existence affect the power.
There are certain factors, such as their size, that affect the range of movement.
Some objects have a greater range than others.
How is the power used?
A person could use telekinesis to move a person from A to B, or to move objects and people away from B to A. However, in some situations, if they are not in control or in a space that has a great deal of distance between them and the object or person they are attempting to move, that person can’t move the object. For instance, a high school student can only move someone who he is in the air and the person cannot see. Some other examples are:
Moving a person to a certain distance, without any form of control
Moving a person in the direction of a certain destination
Moving a person through a wall
In addition:
Once a movement is complete, it is possible to stop using telekinesis power, even if the movement was successful. However, that isn’t an “out” until next scene. It does not interrupt their concentration or mental status.
Once you begin telekinesis power, you can’t stop as soon as you are done. You can use it until you see the effects finish.
