If you guessed that it’s India, you’d be right. This is because according to a popular tale, it is believed that the black magic that is passed off as magic in India is actually black magic from ancient Egypt.
If we consider this part of the myth very seriously, then surely these tales were spread in the early years of the 20th century by a certain German researcher – the so-called “Black Magicologist”, Joseph Ratzinger.
As you may know, Mr. Ratzinger is also known as the “Father of the Protestant Ethic”. He was appointed Pope by the Pope John Paul II on September 5, 2001. In 2004, he took up the job in person and officially changed the name of the religion in Germany to Protestantism. He also founded the Protestant Church in the Philippines in 2005.

A culture based on such traditions is not only a threat to the civilization of the West, it threatens to destroy Western civilization itself. Thus we are faced with a paradox of historical importance. On the one hand, the dark forces of occultism cannot be opposed to the legitimate efforts of the Church in the field of civilizing and social policy.

Is this true, then? Is black magic, black magicism, black magic an important part of what’s going on in the modern world? Or is it only a “myth of an ancient civilisation”? That’s not so obvious, Mr. Ratzinger admits. And that’s why he’s here now to help us. Here, he tells us, we can find out whether ”
