Once you’ve achieved some level of proficiency with a particular pattern, you can work with it. You’ll get more results after a few attempts, and it’s okay if you don’t end up getting the same type of experience. It’s not important if you don’t get the same results after your first try, and you don’t pay attention to the number of moves you make.

As you progress from the basics to harder patterns, if you can do the basic patterns in the back of your mind while you practice, they’ll come much easier to you.

When you’re finished studying a certain pattern, try to do it at least 20 times, but don’t do it all in one go, as that can get boring.

You’ll notice all the moves you make, and you’ll notice where you fail:

If you can see you can’t do a part before you try it, it’s easy to improve your skill. Just practice. It’s a part of learning.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t know a particular pattern or if you are just learning it for the first time. Just practice!

You are performing these things on a regular basis and you want your body to be as comfortable as possible.
