In that sense it’s so important as a social dance lesson because it is such a powerful tool that can make any dance party feel that much more authentic. For many students, social dancing is a form of self-expression that can transform them into individuals and a class of “creatives”. Students can practice a number of different ways to dance (and there’s no way around a dance floor!) or they can practice with a specific partner (because the social dance community is full with a wide variety of individuals)!
