“That was a lot of questions for me,” said Lynch.
“I don’t work with a story structure,” said the actor. “I think, really, they should find their own story. I don’t try to have them follow any patterns and tell a story. I just try to be open for the director. I’ll just talk you into it.”

“I do feel like Lynch has a real affinity for the genre and the horror,” Mulligan said. “He always knows how to push it.
“This time out there were some things where I was like, ‘I’m going to watch this movie again, I’m going to look at that other thing I just saw that made me think I don’t like it,’ and he just got me out of that. But there’s also lots of other things that we went off on and were like, ‘We need to do this, this and that for sure,'” he said.
“Just having all these characters that are the ones that I really enjoy doing is enough to keep me going on this journey,” said Mulligan, who also starred in Scream and the 2000 film. “You try to just be in the moment.”
“I’m in the moment when I’m in the movie,” said

“It’s like the movie, it’s almost like a TV show,” observed Mulligan. “I don’t have any problem with it; I’m very grateful that [the director] let me come and try to work with him again.”
Lynch said that Lynch, who has done four films each year, has been a regular at the Golden Glove Awards since 2003 when he won the actor category. “He’s kind of like a regular at everything,” said Lynch. “When he said, ‘I think it’s time to do the Golden Glove Awards,’ I thought, ‘Oh, hell, we better do it!'”
“I love how he treats everybody, especially the older people,” said Lynch. He described acting as an art: “You try to do something as good as you would do if it was your kids playing with you. All those things come from that. It really is a fun art form to do.”
