I strongly recommend the Stratocaster because the Stratocaster is not a difficult guitar to buy, because it is very popular, and you learn the basics before you buy a new Strat or a new guitar. But if you want to do a proper audition, try the Les Paul.
Which guitar should I get?
I have two guitars which I like very much, and which I hope to find a great home for. Those are the Gibson Les Paul Style 1 and Ibanez Stratocaster. They are not the cheapest guitars, but they sound really good.
Do you like playing live?
I do like playing live but I like playing a lot because I like music to be in front of me. I like it too much so I can’t spend too much time in front of my speakers. I prefer it to be somewhere far from there and playing with music in front of me. So it makes me happy.
Do you feel a bit bored when you play?
I often feel bored when I have to play. It is a good thing to be bored of something.
I hear you are trying to keep the guitar for as long as possible in order to make it last a lot longer, correct?
Yeah, it is a good thing. I like doing a good job every day. I do want to do something a good long time because if I don’t work at it for something good, then I get annoyed. But if I do good, I still feel very happy.
