I used to enjoy watching TV in bed and the sound of the TV. Now it just becomes one of the many distractions that I have to deal with. I also used to find that I would get very excited over the thought of what I would get on the TV. I would think, “This is what I am going to get when I fall asleep. This is what I should have gotten in the middle of the night.” I would get even more excited when I went to bed.
It is difficult to say how bad (or good) my insomnia is on a day-to-day basis. I know a few of my friends who are incredibly bad at it – but I have yet to find anyone who is completely comfortable with it. The good news is that sleeping is not that hard to do and I have actually done a very thorough homework on it for myself.
A good way of understanding your sleeping habits is to write them down in a journal. In the event that I fall asleep in the middle of the night on TV or in bed it sounds like a terrible dream. This makes it a lot easier on you, right?
No.
In fact, it makes it worse. It makes it harder on your body and mind to fall asleep and makes sleep time more difficult and frustrating. This is why it is so important that you stay on top of your sleep – to prevent any problems that may happen because of it.
So, if it makes you uncomfortable to think about how bad your sleep is, or it makes you feel tired, or you have a lot of energy (and it can feel like it all at once), then it is certainly worth it to do some research on the topic.
Don’t get me wrong. This is just one of the many things that I do. I am a serious researcher and do a lot of research. I read and write a lot. I listen to a lot of podcasts and I listen to podcasts and listen to podcasts all the time. This is definitely one of the things that helps me stay on top of everything.
However, just like eating a lot of food and exercising, you need to pay attention to every little part of your body and use the knowledge and wisdom gained from every part of your life over the course of time to manage that
