I also do research in the fields of addiction, and I have noticed that dancing is highly addictive and I have found that dancing is almost always associated with high levels of positive emotion and love for dance (both of which are typically found in relationships with alcohol and drugs).
When is dancing a socially valid activity?
Dancing can be a great social activity, but it’s only a great social activity if you are having fun!
Dancing will do a lot on your body, but it may not be the healthy activity it seems. So, if you are having any type of health problems when you dance, avoid it!
