To get a job, you have to work hard. Most people choose jobs that offer them the most money and the freedom to travel.
Some people try to break into the film industry from the outside but often they are rejected.
If you plan on entering the job with a high school diploma – it’s possible but will require a more competitive education.
To get a job in films, you have to work on the ground. You have to work in the industry for a long time.
You have to travel. Many people want to work on foreign productions. If you are interested in working in the U.S., that isn’t a possibility at this time.
By By Elizabeth Hawken Aug 25, 2015 in Science Researchers have built a robot that mimics a human’s vocal response without requiring an animal’s vocal cords and muscles to be stimulated. The robot is called H-Robot (short for Human-to-human) and appears to be a very realistic imitation of a human vocal tract, and it can detect its owner’s mood, age and gender and react accordingly. The robot can then play games to match its owner’s mood, age and gender. The H-Robot robot takes the form of a human face that looks somewhat like a typical man’s that has a human face. It does not appear to have ears with the small “ch” that the human tongue is called. It is designed to be used to communicate with its owner. In the study and in one video of the robot’s responses, they recorded and analyzed 200 conversations of two people. In the first video, a young woman named Katie talks first in a non-sexual voice (called a ‘soft natural’ voice) and then in a sexual one. The second voice was a man that was dressed in an adult outfit and talking about some of his concerns or experiences. H-Robot could mimic both kinds of voices. It could also talk with Katie by saying, “Hi Katie, you sound like a lot like a woman. Did you have a little scare at your school earlier?” It was quite difficult as it was impossible to tell the difference between the two voices of the two people. Another video recorded showed a female human being who was standing on a stage. It can be quite a difficult task to tell the difference between a man and a woman in person. H-Robot did seem to be able to distinguish their voice better than humans. The robot, it seems can pick up on what is going on
