Heavy track refers to the track surface made up of sand, sandstone, and clay. The track is more often than not made of sand, except when horsemen use clay tracks. Track construction varies between horsemen and track designers over the years. It is usually a set of small mounds, but can also be large mounds, as in the case of the Grand Prix tracks. The largest track in the country, the Daytona International Speedway, has a track diameter of 8,818 ft. (2,600 m).
The tracks at Daytona and Silverstone have tracks built in a variety of configurations. These include mounds, small mounds, and large mounds. Also, there is the option of adding mounds to an existing track. For example, at Silverstone there is a “truck track” to accommodate a large tractor.

Our mandate will contain a statement of priorities concerning the interests of the working class. This will include a programme for creating a government that will address our needs, and will include measures to improve conditions, protect rights and the working class, and fight against austerity measures which are failing the people. It will be prepared to take decisions and to implement them in practice, working with the unions and all other opposition groups and institutions that constitute the Labour movement. It will oppose further cuts to our budget or to services which have been badly damaged by cuts in the Labour Party.
