Do you sell my guitar in Australia?
We sell guitars in Australia and New Zealand. If you live in Australia or New Zealand and would like to take our guitar to your local store, we recommend that you first place an online order with us via our website; we can import your guitar right to your local store for you.

How do I change my guitar?
Unfortunately, all guitars sold through our store are factory refurbished, and there are some changes you will need to make if you are concerned about what you are buying. Our guitar department takes a large range of guitars, and most will be in stock in the next 15 minutes! Please contact us via email for more information.
Do you deliver to my address?
Yes! You can take your instrument to one of our Brisbane Warehouse locations to have it serviced and repaired. Please call us on (07) 463 4555 or contact us to locate your nearest warehouse address. Please note that you can not return any guitars that have been serviced to our warehouse for servicing or repair.
Do I need to purchase delivery insurance?
We do not carry delivery insurance, we do however offer a 30-day no quibble 30-day return policy for all returned guitars.
What happens to my instrument if I leave it in the car?
All instruments that have been purchased online are sold as new, and as such are subject to an 18 month warranty from the date of final payment. There are some small adjustments that are possible to make and any major cosmetic alterations, however, will void the warranty.
