Some do, some don’t. Some like to work in their own little world with their own tools. Some are in a certain era and want to keep their technique and feel. And still others prefer to work with all things in Photoshop.
Let’s take a look, in the interests of being as objective as possible:
Pro photographers who work in Adobe Photoshop will use the ‘Photoshop’ tab on the top, and the ‘Lightroom and Photoshop’ on the right hand side
Photographers who work in Lightroom and/or Photoshop will use the ‘Photoshop’ tab on the first tab, ‘Photographer’ on the second, and the ‘Lightroom’ icon on the third
Photographers who want to go full-on Lightroom and Photoshop will still use the ‘Photoshop’ icon on the middle tab to make their photography even more ‘Photoshop’
Professional photographers who work in Lightroom and/or Photoshop will use the ‘Photoshop’ icon on the second tab and not the ‘Photographer’ icon on the third
Photographers who are looking to go back to the original Photoshop workflow will use the ‘Photoshop’ icon on the first tab to make their photography ‘Photofilter’

Can I download Lightroom or Photoshop from Adobe?
Absolutely! All Lightroom & Photoshop releases are available at Adobe’s website. However, some of the bigger software releases do come on CD and in a larger format on the Internet — including the ‘Adobe Photoshop Collection’ and the other paid/paid-by-the-download-monthly Photoshop releases.
Can I download more than one Lightroom & Photoshop license?
No. Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop are each different.
