A: I don’t play any songs.
Q: Do you do a song when you leave the house?
A: You know, I like a warm song, and I like to have fun. I play my ukulele when I come home.
Q: How much does a ukulele cost?
A: It probably costs more than the average home. A good ukulele costs $350 to $400.

Q: Do you play anything before a show, or during a concert?
A: I play when I’m ready. I’ve never been to a concert, so I don’t know how much of a show I have to do.
Q: Do you play any other instruments?
A: I play the violin, the guitar, the banjo and the flute, the keyboard, and even a little woodwind. And I’ll play a few songs on the ukulele.
Q: How often do you listen to music on your ukulele?
A: I’ve never listened to it before. I just play it when I’m in my house.
Q: How long does a song take to play on a ukulele like your?
A: I never play songs that long. They take forever on ukuleles. I don’t think much longer than that, and I start and stop. A song usually takes ten to twenty minutes to play, depending on how fast you move the instrument. I’ll sing a song if I think I can sing along or if I think I can do something without breaking up.
Q: What do you think your instrument is best for?
A: The thing I love playing is the ukulele. If you don’t play the ukulele, I think you’re just not interesting.
Q: Do you play any other instruments besides the ukulele?
A: I play the guitar, bass, flute, piano and trumpet.
Q: Have you played for a living yet?
A: Yes.
Q: Where do you live now?
A: I have a house in Long Island City at 34th and Park St, in Manhattan. I live there full time.
