Here’s a list of throws you may wish to improve:
A throw from inside the pocket should be executed correctly as long as:
Your arm/elbow stays straight throughout the throw. You are not twisting your trunk or shoulders.
No part of the throw moves past the hips.
You maintain a flat and open stance with your shoulders in line with the center of your torso.
Your trunk is straight as you throw.
You release the ball with authority.
Your throwing arm is above your neck when you release the ball.
Faster throws are only good during specific periods of your off season. In a perfect world you would also throw a wide, short throw instead of a short throw with a high release point to create power.
It will take time to find the timing/accuracy in your throws that will allow you to throw the ball without fear of getting hit! It will take an average of several weeks to completely perfect all your throws.

I don’t know what is wrong with me. The past eight years have been an unkind awakening but it was only yesterday that I started to wake up from the coma I had been in for a few days.
