The best way to learn songs is by practicing them. You’ll get better at any song within a few weeks. Start with the basics and work your way up to songs with specific chords and solos you want to learn. Use a guitar practice book like www.mistergeorge.com/books and put the song’s chords in the chapter/section you want to learn each day. Use the exercises on the web site to practice each chord and play at least 2 of the songs if you can.
When I practice guitar, I try to play with the beat. What’s the best rhythm for me?
This is a topic as tough as learning songs and is as important as learning new songs. The best songs have a beat or beat pattern that is always in the right place. You want your rhythm if you want to play in a crowd, you want to keep your groove, or you have problems with rhythm. Rhythm is a powerful tool when you play a song. Learn this and you will have a new skill you never knew you had until you studied it.
Can I learn to play all songs?
The answer to the question is yes. You need to find a class, school, course or online course that best fits your personal interests and ability. Check out www.youtube.com/thebrazilpian for examples. If you can’t find a course that fits your interest and ability, visit www.e-study.com/play/ to find a course that best fits your skill level and ability. You should be able to play each song or section using each of the 12 notes that represent those chord sections.
You can choose from songs from the Guitar Tablo series, from guitar tabs or chords. The chords are based on the first seven chords except G7, which is based on the 3rd chord. See the link at the top of this page for a list of the 12 chords, the links of Guitar Tablo, and chords. I have done a lesson in learning chords and chord progressions for each of the twelve songs that you should study. You’ll have a chance to see how songs are made up as you study them.
How do I get better at chord progressions?
Chords can be learned to a certain degree if you have the correct ear. You can learn a little at a time, or you can play sections together during a set.
You can also play a chord progression backwards as they come up in
