The basic chords are the root, 3rd, 5th and 7th of any chord. Each letter is made up of several chords in some order. DETROIT – Wayne Gretzky says “everything is a possibility” and has played through a broken hand for two games in a row.
The star center missed Monday’s 1-0 game against the Red Wings, leaving a chance to play Wednesday at Detroit.
But instead, he skated with his stick and got to practice Tuesday. He said he didn’t experience any pain while skating as he is not in a protective glove in practice.
“I’m not in one,” Gretzky said. “It’s a tough thing to play on. I’m fine with that.”
Gretzky said the injury is not career-threatening, and that he will make a quick recovery.
Gretzky, 52, played seven seasons with the Detroit Red Wings. He won three Stanley Cups with the Stars, including in 1998.
“The one thing I do is that if I’m not playing a game, I try to get some practice in,” Gretzky said. “But if it’s in the regular season, I take nothing for granted in this league. That’s where you are. We’re on the road, and it’s so different with a road trip, you have to think about everything you can. So it’s a tough one. I hope it is a short one. I’m sure it’s pretty scary, but I’m trying not to think about it. You should get better quick.”
