If you have a lot of skin, such as a thin torso or a long torso with thin arms, it is likely that you can take off your shirt without too much trouble. Just pull your shirt over your head and take off the shirt from the back with your free hand. Now you still have to use a towel to dry off afterwards.
The only problem is, what do you do when you have to take off your shirt?
If a shirt is not tight enough and you need to take it off quickly, you can only do it by pressing the front of your neck against the back of your neck to put your clothes on. You can see a video about this by clicking here.
