I think about this more everyday than most. This doesn’t have to do with ukulele at all. It’s just fun to think about. I use to have a friend with a ukulele that was the same thing. In fact, my friend was getting the best out of that ukulele. That’s a bit of a strange song, it’s funny. It’s something of a karaoke anthem… It’s a good song.
Have you met up with the ukulele band, or have you met them just for the sound of the instrument?
Not yet, no. I’ve met one of them a couple of times, he said hello, but I haven’t met him yet. Just for the sound. It’s not a common sound though. It’s not a standard UG style of ukulele, which is nice.
Who are your two musical heroes and why?
I like a lot the Beatles, that was my first love of music. But I like all kinds of people. I mean I’ve always been attracted to the way someone is… I’m actually thinking about picking up violin next and playing some classical music, because I’m interested in that style of music, but I really want to find it, first.
What’s the weirdest place you’ve been?
I didn’t know anything about a place called ‘Lucky Lane’, but that’s a weird town. That’s one of the most beautiful places in the world, I think. It’s so full of people, we have a bit of a cult in the UK about this place. It’s in Wales.

But the truth is, Americans do not know yet if the result is a result of a Trump victory or whether, as some observers fear, the results are an indication that the current regime is a bad one — or a sign of a much deeper societal split that could affect the next two years.
But even in the best-case scenario, no one knows if Trump is the real deal. Indeed, the question is whether Trump will be, and whether it matters at all to the way people — or at least some people — perceive the future.
