First you would need to find a person who was born within this year [1896]. This can be done by visiting the United States Patent Office and filling out a Patent Application.
Then if you can get a certificate from the National Society for the Protection of Animals indicating that they were used for “a species of birds” or “any species of animals” then the dummy would be a prop. If it is a part of a puppet they have a more stringent “COPPA” regulations which would determine if they are a part of a puppet. I doubt that the National Society for the Protection of Animals would issue such an “A” level certificate.
The best way is to use people of the same age or as your own children and to arrange for a dummy at approximately the same age to be made.

The next day we met at a small local bakery in the suburbs. We discussed how the food was served and how our experience was a great opportunity to give back to local businesses.
