You might think you have the highest key to sing in, but that’s not the case. The way you determine the key to sing in is the opposite of the way you determine what key to speak in.
The thing you need to do to determine the key to sing in is figure out what you are in tune with (i.e. singing in a certain key you have written down).
If you’re just going to say the notes in a melody, you need to have the key on the top of the key chart and you know all the notes on the keyboard (otherwise you could have a difficult time being in tune).
Using your computer, just press “Keyboard” (or hit the F key) then click on the next section. If you’re a keyboard-savvy person, you will know which keys in the music you can play and which keys are muted or do not exist!
I really hope this helps and if I’ve left out any key combinations, I apologize! I do my very best with the notes and chords I’ve learned, but I do not do it all. If something is out of sync in the chart, I will fix it. It’s hard sometimes, but if you’re in a hurry and not sure what chords you’re supposed to play, please contact me.

Click on “C” at the title if you want to do the Chord Charts. If you don’t know what it is, it’s a scale. If you know it, use the Chord Chart to find out which scale you’re in the wrong place in.
Click on the image for the Chord Chart for that key. All those bars up there on the left, the ones that show you each chord? That’s all you need to learn and you can just skip the notes.
Click the image for the Chord Chart for the key, or just go to the next chord, then it will be ready. This is where I usually make mistakes and I can’t fix them in this lesson. I hope this helps, please let me know if anything is unclear.
