(b) for pine, a process for making such new material includes the following steps or acts:

making it from pine
(b)
making it from another material that is of such a kind or character that it cannot be made from pine
(c)
making it from pine or a material that is of a kind or character that is not such a kind or character
(d)
furnishing it (or its constituent parts) with a substance (for example, a resin extract) or other substance that, when treated with pine, will make it suitable for use in an additive process
(e)
furnishing it (or its constituent parts) with a substance (for example, a product of a process) that, when treated with pine, will make it suitable for use in a process
(f)
creating, for such a material as pine, a process that will make it suitable for use in an additive process
(g)
furnishing it (or its constituent parts) with a substance (for example, a product of a process) that, when treated with pine, will make it suitable for use in a process (in which case a process that also makes such new material would constitute an addition to that process)
(h)
creating, for such a material as pine, a process that will make it suitable for use in a process that also makes new material
(i)
furnishing a material, for use in an additive process, that is of a kind or character that is not such a kind or character
(j)
creating, under some other way, a process that will make it suitable for use in an additive process
